We take responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of one or more applications to an agreed service level, price and quality in accordance with the Operational Level Agreement (OLA).

If desired, we can also handle the support and provide a qualified technical contact point to resolve incidents and service announcements for any mission-critical application during business hours or 7/24.
