Bridge Management is a vital and valuable part of BQ´s delivery model. Bridge Managers (BM) both in Sweden and in the Baltics are responsible for supporting the customers.
This includes to assure the quality, the time planning, the budget as well as maintaining the continuity and the efficiency over time.
BM is a very operational position and other responsibilities include:
- Active participation in Governance structures
- Preparing and follow-up client contracts
- Identifying and qualifying the right competence and team members
- Legal set-up and administration
- Cultural aspects connected to deliveries
- Extended Key Account Management responsibilities
- Assuring the on-.boarding and the knowledge transfer
- Assuring the continuity and the flexibility
- Securing the quality- and the documentation
